Starting from the concept of human-centered livability, a construction scheme for human-centered and livable skip-floor residential buildings was proposed. Integrated large platforms were designed between housing rows to create public spaces, allowing residences to fully integrate with nature, open and vibrant. Through analysis of the force under different structural schemes and the seismic performance in elastic time history and elastic-plastic time history under frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes, both humanized livability and the structural safety can be ensured.
