Construction Technology of Safety Hoisting of Steel Truss in Large Span Special-shaped Space
Steel trusses have characteristics such as large structural spans, irregular shapes, complex construction, and difficulties in overall hoisting with conventional equipment. Formulating a suitable hoisting plan is key to ensuring the quality and safety of steel truss structures. The selection of hoisting scheme needs to comprehensively consider factors such as stress ratio and deformation of the structure during the hoisting process, the transportation difficulty, the high-altitude welding amount, safety, etc. Based on the installation of large-span steel structured trusses at the main entrance and exit of the Chongqing Sensor Characteristic Industry Base, one of the "Top Ten Sensor Parks in China", and the Beibei Park of the Western (Chongqing) Science City, the advantages and disadvantages of various hoisting schemes were compared and analyzed. It's found that the three-stage hoisting scheme has lower requirements for hoisting equipment and site, with lower hoisting risks and excellent feasibility. On this basis, combined with the on-site construction environment and project cost, a detailed introduction was given to the overall construction process, the construction technology, and technical points of the segmented hoisting of large-span special-shaped steel trusses. The exploration and attempt of the hoisting scheme for such steel trusses in this project provide reference for the hoisting scheme of similar complex engineering.
