Suggestions on the Revision of the Current Local Standard Specifications for Design of Urban Road Subgrades in Chongqing
Eleven years have passed since the promulgation of the local standard Specifications for Design of Urban Road Subgrades(DBJ50-145-2012),which has played an important role in guiding the design of road engineering in Chongqing.Based on the latest specifications issued by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development,together with the latest research achievement on road subgrades,this paper analytically discussed the relevant provisions in the current norm,and presented several suggestions on its revision from the aspects of roadbed range,the dry or wet state of subgrades,the structural design of subgrades,the rebound modulus of subgrades,the relationship between sponge city and subgrades,and so on.
