Analysis of Evaluation Criteria and Key Points in the Prefabricated Integral Bathroom Scheme in Hainan Province
This paper set out to evaluate the standards and key points in the prefabricated integral bathroom scheme in Hainan Province,so as to prompt the development of the bathroom construction field there.Analyzing the relevant standards and key points can offer some guidance and references for the selection and implementation of the prefabricated integral bathroom scheme in Hainan Province.Meanwhile,it is proposed to establish a set of evaluation systems for the prefabricated integral bathroom that meets the special environmental requirements of Hainan Province,which would serve as a supplement to national standards and local norms.Through the enterprise incubation base project in Sanya Central Business District,this paper,comprehensively considering the cost,material,integration degree,prefabrication degree and other indicators,and combined with the Assessment Standard for Prefabricated Buildings and the Assessment Standard for Green Buildings,proposed a comprehensive index score table,aiming to provide a feasible evaluation standard for the development of the prefabricated integral bathroom in Hainan Province and facilitate the sustainable development of such type of bathroom.
