Research on Implementation Strategy of Zero Carbonization in Green Community Based on VCS(VM0018)Methodology
Communities are the foundation of urban low-carbon development and serve as platforms and spatial carriers for achieving sustainable development in the construction industry. In the context of dual carbon reduction goals, leveraging the methodology of carbon reduction projects to empower green and low-carbon development in communities can effectively reduce community carbon emissions intensity in a more scientifically efficient manner, ultimately realizing green,low-carbon,zero-carbon,and sustainable community development. This paper conducts innovative research on the implementation strategy of zero carbonization in green communities based on the Verified Carbon Standard(VCS)project methodology. It analyzes the characteristics and significance of community zero carbonization, and conducts path analysis and framework construction for implementing zero carbonization and developing carbon assets under the VM0018 methodology.Additionally,it proposes prospects for carbon assets in green communities, providing references for further quantifying green community constriction.
