Application and Improvement Suggestions of the Full-Process Agency Construction Development Model in the Construction of Resettlement Housing
Resettlement housing construction is a crucial project for ensuring people's livelihoods,which is related to the residents'settlement and social stability after relocation.Hangzhou City has taken the lead in introducing the"Full-Process Agency Construction Development"model into the construction process of resettlement housing to explore solutions to common problems in traditional resettlement housing construction,such as poor quality,long construction period,and high costs.In practical application,the"Full-Process Agency Construction Development"model has demonstrated advantages such as reliable product quality,controllable construction costs and period,and reducing the risk of corruption.However,there are also some shortcomings,mainly reflected in the imperfect legal responsibilities and status of the agency construction units,unclear division of responsibilities between the agency and supervisory units,lack of management tools for subcontracting units,and insufficient support from superior companies,which directly affect the expected product results.This study aims to further optimize this model by improving existing laws and regulations,optimizing contract settings,clarifying the division of responsibilities between the agency and supervision,etc.,to promote the improvement of resettlement housing quality.
