Research on Quality Cost Control Strategy for Housing Construction Projects——Based on System Dynamics Model
To improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of housing construction projects,it is essential to adopt low-cost control strategies while adhering to quality standards. This paper establishes an analysis flowchart for engineering quality input strategies based on the process of engineering quality formation and a quality cost model.Using Vensim software,a system dynamics model is constructed to observe the variation of corresponding costs by changing the proportion of various quality inputs. The results indicate that under lower product quality, investment in product protection is not significant. However, when the product quality meets the required standards, investment in product protection should be maintained within a reasonable range. The study also proposes reference proportions for various quality inputs, providing guidance for the refined management of construction enterprises.
