Research on Common Construction Quality Issues and Countermeasures of Low Impact Development Facilities
Sponge city construction is a new concept and approach to adapt to the transformation and development of cities in the new era.It is an important means to systematically address urban water issues and promote high-quality urban development.At present,construction issues of low impact development facilities are common,such as inadequate technical disclosure,lack of coordination in professional construction,insufficient attention to construction details,and formalized quality acceptance procedures.These issues have led to suboptimal quality and inconsistent construction results in sponge city projects.The key reason lies in the poor communication between construction units and design units,resulting in a lack of deep understanding of the design scheme and discrepancies between actual construction and design.In response to this problem and in line with the policy background of promoting sponge city construction comprehensively,this paper,based on practical work experience,analyzes the key points of quality control in the construction of low impact development facilities such as green roofs,permeable pavements,and rain gardens.It summarizes safe,effective,economical,and applicable quality control strategies and measures for reference in similar projects.
