Application Research on Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Construction Technology for Underground Garage Floors
Due to the inherent material properties of concrete, the leveling layer of garage floors is prone to cracking and hollowing. To mitigate crack formation, steel mesh reinforcement schemes are typically employed for crack resistance. However, practical experience has shown that such schemes do not effectively prevent cracking. As an alternative, steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),a novel high-performance concrete material, should be utilized. This paper delves into the construction technology of SFRC for underground garage floors.Prior to construction, benchmark points are established, and drainage ditches are preset.Concrete is prepared according to a precise mix ratio, and steel fibers are incorporated into the mix.Anti-crack reinforcement is laid on the construction surface.A laser screed is utilized to spread the concrete, and expansion joints are cut and leveling adjustments are made. The SFRC pouring process is then carried out, followed by curing through a method of"laying geotextile+sprinkling water+applying curing agent."This completes the construction of the underground garage floor using SFRC.The results indicate that the width, length, and depth of cracks in the underground garage floor after SFRC construction are all below the maximum allowable limits, satisfying regulatory requirements. The designed technology demonstrates excellent construction performance and holds promising application prospects in the construction of underground garage floors using SFRC.
