摘要
根据重庆地区老旧小区既有多层建筑加装电梯的实践经验,该文重点分析加装电梯与既有建筑的空间关系、加装电梯对既有建筑地基基础的影响,以及加装电梯与主体结构不同连接方式对既有建筑结构的影响.并根据分析结论,提出加装电梯与既有建筑的建议空间关系、基础选型以及与主体结构的连接方式,以期为其他加装电梯工程提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the practical experience of elevator addition in existing multi-story buildings in old residential areas in Chongqing,this paper focuses on analyzing the spatial relationship between the added elevator and the existing building,the impact of elevator addition on the foundation of the existing building,and the influence of different connection methods between the added elevator and the main structure on the existing building structure. According to the analysis conclusions,suggestions are proposed for the spatial relationship,foundation selection,and connection methods between the added elevator and the existing building,aiming to provide a reference for other elevator addition projects.
