摘要
随着我国既有房屋总量的不断增加和使用时长的增长,房屋倒塌事故频繁发生,对群众的人身安全、财物安全以及社会长治久安造成了消极影响.面对新的房屋安全管理挑战和问题,各地、各级相关职能部门需结合实际情况,积极探索各种实用、长效管理机制.该文梳理了国内外对既有房屋案例管理体系的相关研究成果,然后提出了既有房屋案例管理的科学工作方式和相关建议,可供相关人员参考.
Abstract
With the continuous increase in the total number and usage duration of existing buildings in China,frequent building collapses have occurred,posing negative impacts on people's personal safety,property security,and long-term social stability. In the face of new challenges and issues related to building safety management,relevant functional departments at all levels and in various regions need to actively explore practical and long-term management mechanisms based on actual conditions. This paper reviews relevant research achievements on the management system of existing building cases both domestically and internationally,and then proposes scientific working methods and relevant suggestions for the management of existing building cases,which can serve as a reference for relevant personnel.
