To address the issues of unclear control objectives and impractical evaluation methods in the safety management of construction projects, this paper analyzes and constructs a safety management evaluation system suitable for construction projects based on the safety earned value method, combined with the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and gray-Markov prediction model. This provides theoretical support for evaluating the safety management level of construction projects, and the practicality and effectiveness of the evaluation system are verified through actual engineering applications.
