预制陶粒混凝土构件研发及应用

该文采用LC30结构陶粒混凝土代替普通混凝土制作预制楼梯、楼板、叠合梁,实现预制构件轻质化.结果表明:选择陶粒体积为45%~60% 设计陶粒混凝土配合比,随着陶粒用量增大,LC30陶粒混凝土表观密度呈减小趋势,而当陶粒体积用量为55%时,LC30陶粒混凝土抗压强度最大、表观密度最低,且热工性及耐久性能良好;以该陶粒混凝土制作预制楼梯、楼板及叠合梁,经验证,构件材料性能及挠度、承载力、裂缝宽度等结构性能均满足预制陶粒混凝土构件设计及验收要求,较普通混凝土构件减重率超过20%,实现预制构件轻质化.陶粒混凝土因其优良特性,可应用在公路桥梁、现浇高层建筑、建筑预构件、建筑保温隔热材料等领域.
Research and Application of Precast Ceramsite Concrete Components
In this paper,LC30 structural ceramsite concrete is used to replace ordinary concrete in the production of precast stairs,floor slabs,and composite beams,achieving lightweighting of precast components. The results indicate that when designing the mix ratio of ceramsite concrete with a ceramsite volume ranging from 45% to 60%,as the amount of ceramsite increases,the apparent density of LC30 ceramsite concrete shows a decreasing trend. When the ceramsite volume is 55%,LC30 ceramsite concrete exhibits the highest compressive strength,the lowest apparent density,and good thermal and durability performance. Precast stairs,floor slabs,and composite beams made from this ceramsite concrete have been verified to meet the design and acceptance requirements for precast ceramsite concrete components in terms of material properties,deflection,bearing capacity,crack width,and other structural performance indicators. Compared to ordinary concrete components,these precast ceramsite concrete components achieve a weight reduction rate of over 20%,realizing lightweighting of precast components. Due to its excellent properties,ceramsite concrete can be applied in various fields such as highway bridges,cast-in-place high-rise buildings,precast building components,and building insulation materials.
