Exploration of the Path for Improving Professional Skills of Prefabricated Building Workers
Prefabricated buildings require a large number of workers with basic construction process knowledge,which poses higher requirements for the professional skill level of construction workers. China has a huge base of construction workers,but overall,the current level of professional skills possessed by these workers cannot meet the demands of the prefabricated building industry. This paper compares and analyzes the dynamic development trends of prefabricated buildings in China,proposes a skill improvement pathway for prefabricated building workers,investigates the impact of skill enhancement on the industry,and systematically summarizes the routes and spaces for improving the professional skills of prefabricated building workers,providing a reference for the field.
