粉煤灰对新型超早强磷酸盐修补材料的改性研究

在磷酸盐修补材料中加入粉煤灰,可有效地改善其性能.试验研究了粉煤灰掺量对磷酸盐修补材料凝结时间、强度及收缩性能的影响.结果表明,掺入适量粉煤灰可以延缓凝结时间,但随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,强度有所降低,可减少磷酸盐修补材料的干缩.
Study on Modification of Fly Ash for New Ultra-Early Strength Phosphate Repair Material
The incorporation of fly ash into phosphate repair materials can effectively improve their properties.This study experimentally investigates the influence of fly ash content on the setting time,strength,and shrinkage properties of phosphate repair materials.The results indicate that the addition of an appropriate amount of fly ash can delay the setting time.However,as the content of fly ash increases,the strength decreases to some extent,but it can reduce the drying shrinkage of the phosphate repair material.
