Analysis of the Impact of Adjacent High-Rise Building Construction on Existing Subway Tunnel Segments and Stations
The unloading and loading effects generated during the excavation of foundation pits and the construction of new structures adjacent to high-rise buildings can significantly impact the stress and deformation of neighboring subway tunnel segments and stations. This paper takes the construction of a high-rise building adjacent to a rail transit station and tunnel segments in Chongqing as the research background.Through three-dimensional numerical simulation, the stress and deformation effects of different construction stages of the high-rise building on the adjacent underground structures are analyzed. The results show that:(1)The main factor causing deformation of the overall tunnel structure is the excavation of the foundation pit, followed by the loading effect of the newly constructed building;(2)The overall tunnel structure tends to deform towards the foundation pit side and float up during construction activities, followed by a gradual rebound deformation pattern as subsequent construction progresses.
