摘要

焊接结构中残余应力是影响焊接结构疲劳性能的重要因素之一.该文采用Morrow方程,考虑残余应力的影响,对平均应力进行了修正,建立了疲劳强度和疲劳寿命预测模型.将所提预测模型结果和文献实验结果进行了比较.结果表明,所提模型的预测结果与实验的疲劳强度和寿命有很好的一致性,能够减少疲劳试验的次数,降低成本,具有很好的工程参考价值.

Abstract

Residual stress in welded structures is one of the important factors affecting the fatigue performance of welded structures.In this paper,the Morrow equation is adopted,and the mean stress is modified to account for the influence of residual stress.Based on this,a prediction model for fatigue strength and fatigue life is established.The results of the proposed prediction model are compared with experimental results from literature.The results show that the prediction results of the proposed model are in good agreement with the experimental fatigue strength and life,which can reduce the number of fatigue tests and costs,and has good engineering reference value.
