Analysis and Research on Construction Scheme of Frame-supported Beam for TOD Superstructure
Taking the TOD superstructure development project of the Sigongli Depot as the research object, this paper analyzes and summarizes the full scaffolding,I-beam,and secondary pouring systems for frame-supported beams in terms of safety, economy, and construction duration. To address the issue of insufficient bearing capacity of existing structures in the TOD mode, the concept of combined application of these systems is proposed for the first time.Different construction schemes are adopted to calculate the bearing capacity of the existing structures and compare the schemes.By adjusting the load transfer path using I-beams and adopting measures such as secondary pouring of frame-supported beams, considering the impact of construction joints and corresponding treatment measures, and conducting force analysis for the entire construction process of the structure in combination with numerical simulation. The results show that by adjusting the arrangement of I-beams and adopting secondary pouring of frame-supported beams, the problem of insufficient bearing capacity under the superstructure can be reasonably solved. The research content has both theoretical significance and practical engineering application value.
