Research on the Diseases and Causes of Drainage Pipelines Based on Closed CCTV Inspection
Based on the results of CCTV inspection of sewage pipelines,a mathematical statistical method is employed to analyze the distribution of pipeline defects under different road conditions, pipe materials, and geological conditions, with a comparison made by quantifying the number of defects per unit length. The results indicate that in areas with heavy ground loads,HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes have a higher probability of experiencing Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ deformation defects. The primary defects of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes are deformation and undulation, while those of concrete pipes are mainly misalignment and undulation. The proportion of Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ defects in HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes is higher than that in concrete pipes. For concrete pipes, when the pipeline is located in the miscellaneous fill layer, the proportion of defects is higher than when it is located in the silt layer. Therefore, during pipeline construction in areas with high groundwater levels, dewatering measures and pipeline foundations should be properly implemented to prevent pipeline settlement. When constructing concrete pipes, the joints should be properly treated to prevent misalignment.During the backfilling of pipeline foundation pits, operations should strictly comply with relevant specifications, and uniformly sized backfill materials should be selected to avoid uneven settlement of the pipeline.Studying the distribution characteristics of sewage pipeline diseases under different road conditions, pipe materials, and geological conditions can provide a reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
