Exploration of the Work of Class Advisors in Private Universities from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education:A Case Study of the Architecture Major at Shenyang Urban Construction University
The introduction of the tutorial system in Chinese universities began in the 1930s and has now been widely applied in both graduate and undergraduate education in China.The team of class advisors plays a crucial role in undergraduate education.Taking the undergraduate education of the Architecture major at Shenyang Urban Construction University,a private university with a focus on architecture,as the starting point,this paper adopts a questionnaire survey method to explore the working mode of class advisors'education and students'professional training programs from three dimensions:professional learning,academic atmosphere construction,and career development,all from the perspective of ideological and political education.Several suggestions and reflections on the working mode of class advisors'education are proposed.
