摘要
城市更新日益成为我国城市建设关注的热点问题,在"人民城市"理念下,公众需求逐渐得到更大的关注与尊重,城市更新的模式也因此有所改变.City walk是新近出现的一类参与广泛的市民活动,其火热的背后反映出当代人对城市空间的新的需求.以City walk为切入点,阐述City walk对于城市更新的意义,剖析当前大众所需城市空间的新特征,提出在新的需求下城市更新的策略.
Abstract
Urban renewal has increasingly become a focal issue in China's urban development.Under the concept of the"People's City",greater attention and respect are being given to public needs,prompting changes in urban renewal models.City Walk,a recently popular citizen activity involving broad participation,reflects new spatial demands of contemporary urban life.Using City Walk as an entry point,this study explores its significance for urban renewal,analyzes the new characteristics of urban spaces desired by the public,and proposes strategies for urban renewal that address these emerging needs.
