"蓄水型屋面"在海绵城市设计中的应用

通过对传统屋顶绿化手段的合理改良,得到一种新型的低影响开发(LID)设施——"蓄水型屋面".该LID设施符合海绵城市"滞留"雨水理念,满足现行海绵城市设计规范要求.LID设施结构布局简单,便于施工安装,且在后期运维上体现出明显的便利性和低维护特点,尤其适用于绿地率较低、无法布置传统雨水花园的商业项目.典型案例显示,该LID设施可有效替代蓄水池,增量成本从50万元大幅度降低到8.65万元.
Application of"Water-retaining Roofs"in Sponge City Design
By reasonably improving traditional roof greening methods,a novel Low Impact Development(LID)facility—"water-retaining roof",has been developed.This LID facility aligns with the sponge city concept of rainwater retention and meets the requirements of current sponge city design standards.The facility features a simple structural layout,facilitating easy installation and showcasing significant convenience and low maintenance in post-installation operations.It is particularly suitable for commercial projects with low green space ratios where traditional rain gardens cannot be implemented.Typical case studies demonstrate that this LID facility can effectively replace water storage tanks,significantly reducing incremental costs from 500,000 RMB to 86,500 RMB.
