Factors Influencing the Characteristics of Flowable Stabilized Soil and Advances in Its Applications
Flowable stabilized soil is a novel geotechnical engineering material characterized by pumpability,self-compaction,and controllable strength. It offers an effective solution for recycling construction waste materials such as excavated soil and waste slurry. This paper discusses the preparation methods and main types of flowable stabilized soil, analyzes the factors influencing its flowability, strength, and durability, and summarizes its engineering applications and advantages.Research findings indicate that flowable stabilized soil has broad application prospects in engineering. Its flowability is primarily influenced by the water-to-solid ratio, while its strength is positively correlated with the dosage of stabilizers. However, challenges remain, such as variability in stabilization performance, limited understanding of stabilization mechanisms, and low industrialization levels in construction.Future research directions include the development of novel stabilizers, exploration of stabilization mechanisms, and the advancement of complete construction technologies for flowable stabilized soil.
