摘要
重庆作为典型的山地城市,地质情况复杂,岩土边坡众多且分布广泛,边坡安全是城市安全和管理中的重要环节,当前城镇边坡尚未形成完整的安全运维体系.该文提出了基于智能监测的山地城市边坡安全管理系统建设方案,实现山地城市边坡安全的"信息管理""状态感知""评估预警""应急管理"和"安全运维"五大核心功能,实现安全管理"一张图",安全信息"可视化"、风险感知"实时化"、运维管理"智能化",解决山地城市边坡安全管理痛点,为城市安全提供有力保障.
Abstract
As a typical mountainous city,Chongqing has complex geological conditions with numerous and widely distributed rock and soil slopes.Slope safety is a crucial aspect of urban safety and management,yet a comprehensive safety operation and maintenance system for urban slopes has not yet been established.This paper proposes a construction scheme for a slope safety management system for mountainous cities based on intelligent monitoring,aiming to achieve five core functions:"information management""condition perception""assessment and early warning""emergency management"and"safe operation and maintenance."This system will integrate safety management into a"single map"visualize safety information,enable real-time risk perception,and implement intelligent operation and maintenance management.It addresses the pain points of slope safety management in mountainous cities and provides robust support for urban safety.
