隧道运营期可供检测和后期缺陷治理的时间短,如何准确找出缺陷并快速治理是一个亟待解决的问题.该文依托重庆某隧道工程实例,采用不同方法对空洞进行详细检测,并提出针对性的治理措施.工程实践表明:隧道衬砌背后空洞的检测中,应重点查明衬砌有效厚度,为后续缺陷治理提供依据,可和敲击法、地质雷达法和钻孔开仓法等方法同步进行;治理方面,灌浆料在本次隧道运营期衬砌背后空洞治理中应用效果良好.可为今后类似隧道缺陷检测和处治提供参考.
Detection and Treatment Countermeasures of Voids Behind Tunnel Lining During Operation
The time available for detection and subsequent defect treatment during tunnel operation is limited,and how to accurately identify defects and rapidly address them is an urgent issue to be resolved.Based on a tunnel engineering project in Chongqing,this paper adopts different methods to conduct detailed detection of voids and proposes targeted treatment measures.Engineering practice shows that in the detection of voids behind tunnel lining,emphasis should be placed on identifying the effective thickness of the lining to provide a basis for subsequent defect treatment.This can be done simultaneously with methods such as the knocking method,ground-penetrating radar(GPR),and borehole opening method.In terms of treatment,grouting material has proven effective in the treatment of voids behind tunnel lining during operation.This study can provide a reference for similar tunnel defect detection and treatment in the future.
