摘要
重庆市某区县城区在 20 世纪 90 年代修建了大批砂砖房,目前该批房屋普遍存在一定安全隐患,该文通过对某砂砖房的检测鉴定,分析该类砂砖房的常见病害,并提出加固处理方案,可为该类房屋鉴定和加固处理提供一定参考.
Abstract
A large number of sand-brick buildings were constructed in the urban area of a district in Chongqing in the 1990s,and currently,these buildings generally pose certain safety hazards.Through the inspection and appraisal of a sand-brick building,this paper analyzes the common defects of this type of sand-brick building and proposes reinforcement treatment schemes,which can provide a certain reference for the appraisal and reinforcement treatment of such buildings.
