随着建筑外墙外保温系统使用年限的增加,各省市外墙外保温系统陆续出现开裂、空鼓、脱落伤人等事故,外墙外保温系统安全性成为关注焦点.自国家推行节能减排以来,重庆地区采用外墙外保温技术已近 20 年,该文对重庆地区已使用外墙外保温系统后出现空鼓、脱落、渗水等现象的项目进行分析,针对性地提出建筑外墙外保温系统常见质量问题及修复措施进行研究,为外墙外保温系统的安全性及修复提供技术支撑.
Study on Common Problems and Repair Measures of External Thermal Insulation Systems for Building Exterior Walls
With the increase in the service life of external thermal insulation systems for building exterior walls,accidents such as cracking,hollowing,and detachment causing injuries have occurred successively in various provinces and cities,making the safety of these systems a major concern.Since the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies in China,the use of external thermal insulation technology for exterior walls has been adopted in Chongqing for nearly 20 years.This paper analyzes projects in Chongqing that have experienced hollowing,detachment,water seepage,and other issues after adopting external thermal insulation systems for exterior walls.Targeted research is conducted on common quality problems and repair measures for external thermal insulation systems of building exterior walls,providing technical support for the safety and repair of these systems.
