Vibration Test Analysis of Concrete Composite Floor with Profiled Steel Sheets and Steel Frame Structure in the Roof of an Aggregate Silo Warehouse
Silo structures are widely used in industrial storage,transportation,and production.To screen aggregates,a steel frame with a fixed vibrating screen is installed at the material inlet of the silo roof.During the operation of the vibrating screen,structural vibrations can easily occur in the silo roof and the steel frame supporting the vibrating screen.To ensure operational safety,this paper takes the concrete composite floor with press-formed steel sheets and steel frame structure in the roof of a specific aggregate silo as an example.Vibration tests are conducted under different operating conditions on the silo roof,and the impact of these vibrations on the structural safety of the floor is analyzed.This provides a reference for subsequent vibration reduction control and reinforcement measures for the structure.
