Analysis of Key Points in Structural Safety Assessment of Coal-fired Power Engineering Buildings and Structures
This paper analyzes the key points of structural safety appraisal for buildings and structures in coal-fired power engineering, emphasizing the significance of structural safety as productivity increases.Although buildings and structures in coal-fired power enterprises face issues of durability and structural safety, regular inspections have not yet been institutionalized. The paper points out that the complex structures and harsh environments of coal-fired power plants lead to many hidden dangers such as corrosion and deformation in buildings and structures, and daily maintenance often relies on experience rather than professionalism. To ensure safety,it is recommended to conduct reliability appraisals before process upgrades and to conduct structural safety appraisals every 3-5 years.Through case studies, the appraisal process of boiler steel structures is demonstrated, emphasizing the comprehensive inspection and analysis of structural components to ensure their load-bearing capacity meets standards. Finally, suggestions for regular inspections and monitoring are put forward to reduce safety risks and ensure safe production in enterprises.
