Study on Corrosion Resistance of Rapid-setting Magnesium Phosphate Cement-based Reinforcement Material
Magnesium Phosphate Cement(MPC)has been widely used in terms of corrosion resistance due to its high density, excellent bonding properties, and high strength. This paper explores the influence of adjusting the M/P ratio on the electrochemical characteristics of steel reinforcement and analyzes the protective effect of MPC on steel reinforcement as well as its mechanism. The study found that MPC specimens with different M/P ratios exhibited significant differences in performance, and the corrosion resistance of MPC specimens gradually increased with the increase in curing age.The protective effect of MPC on steel reinforcement is mainly reflected in its superior chemically bound ceramic properties and good bonding performance with steel reinforcement.
