摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,既有建筑改造工程日益增多.这些改造工程在提升城市功能、改善居民生活质量的同时,也带来了诸多施工安全问题.该文旨在探讨既有建筑改造施工中的安全管理问题,分析存在的安全风险隐患,提出有效的安全监督与控制策略,并结合具体案例进行分析,以期为相关领域的安全管理提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,there is an increasing number of existing building renovation projects.While these renovation projects enhance urban functions and improve residents'quality of life,they also pose numerous construction safety issues.This paper aims to explore safety management issues in the construction of existing building renovation projects,analyze potential safety risks and hazards,propose effective safety supervision and control strategies,and conduct an analysis combined with specific cases,with the goal of providing references for safety management in related fields.
