Analysis of Construction Management Strategies to Ensure Pedestrian Safety and Maintain Clinical Environment During New Construction Projects in Large Hospital Campuses
This paper discusses the construction management measures for new construction projects within large hospital campuses to ensure the pedestrian safety of patients and maintain the stability of the clinical environment. It emphasizes the clear isolation of construction areas, ensuring the safety of patients and construction workers through prominent warning signs and physical barriers.Additionally, rational planning of construction hours is advocated to avoid large-scale construction activities during peak patient visiting times, thereby minimizing disruption to patients. To maintain the stability of the clinical environment, measures such as noise and dust control, vibration management, and power and water supply guarantees are proposed, with emphasis on coordination and communication with hospital management.Comprehensive construction management strategies encompass pre-planning,construction supervision, quality control, and post-maintenance to ensure construction quality meets hospital standards.Furthermore, enhancing employee safety education and training, introducing intelligent construction management tools, and continuously improving construction management are crucial measures to safeguard safety and stability. These measures collectively constitute an effective construction management strategy.
