Government-funded normal university students are an important source of rural teachers, whose local feelings directly affect the quality and level of rural teachers' team construction. Rural feelings are rural teach-ers' concern and love for rural areas, rural education and rural students' development, which is reflected in rural teachers' sense of mission and responsibility for rural education. This paper describes the current re-search situation from the three aspects of government-funded normal students, local feelings and local feelings of government-funded normal students in normal universities, and analyzes the existing difficulties. It can be seen from the research that the local feelings of government-funded normal university students are relatively weak at present, and there are still difficulties in the cultivation process. How to stimulate the endogenous lo-cal feelings of public-funded normal students and how to make concerted efforts from national policies, school cultivation, social participation, family education and other aspects to enhance the local feelings of public-funded normal students are practical problems that we need to solve urgently.
