Process Optimization and Capacitance Performance of Ti/RuO2-HfO2 Synthesized by Thermal Decomposition Method
Ti/RuO2-HfO2 composite oxide coating was prepared by thermal decomposition method and the micro-structure of the coating was characterized by XRD.The supercapacitor properties of the coating were studied by cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge curve. The results show that the addition of Hf is beneficial to the forma-tion of amorphous structures. With the increase of Hf content, the specific capacitance of the electrode increases first and then decreases. When Hf content is 50%,the specific capacitance of the electrode reaches the maximum, and Hf has the effect of promoting electrochemical stability.
