大排量深抽减载抽油泵研制

针对顺北油田等超深油气田开发开采需求加大的现状,提出了排量大于100 m3/d、泵挂深度大于3000 m的有杆泵大排量深抽需求.为此,研制了大排量深抽减载抽油泵,其进油阀安装在柱塞上随柱塞运动,出油阀安装在泵筒下部;进油阀座在阀球上方,依靠弹簧力提供阀球的初始关闭力.上冲程过程中,液柱载荷主要作用在下部出油阀上并由泵筒、油管承担,以降低悬点最大载荷;下冲程过程中,液柱载荷主要作用在柱塞上,以降低悬点最小载荷.通过对大排量深抽减载泵结构、工作原理和受力情况等进行分析,推导出悬点载荷计算公式,设计了弹簧结构参数,验证了新型大排量深抽减载泵的可行性.
Development of Oil Well Pump With Large Displacement Deep Pumping and Load Reduction
With the development of ultra deep oil and gas fields such as Shunbei oilfield, the demand for large dis-placement deep pumping of rod pump with displacement greater than 100 m3/d and pump hanging greater than 3000 m is put forward. For this reason, a large displacement deep pumping load reducing oil well pump is devel-oped. The oil inlet valve of the pump is installed on the plunger and moves with it, and the discharge valve is in-stalled at the lower part of the pump barrel. The oil inlet valve seat is above the valve ball and relies on spring force to provide the initial closing force of the valve ball. During the up stroke, the liquid column load mainly acts on the lower oil outlet valve and is borne by the pump barrel and oil pipe, reducing the maximum load on the suspension point. During the down stroke, the liquid column load acts on the plunger to reduce the minimum load of the sus-pension point. Based on the analysis of the structure, working principle and force of the large displacement deep pump, the suspended point load calculation formula is derived, the spring structure parameters are designed, and the feasibility of the new large displacement deep pump is verified.
