The Geochemical Characteristics of Crude Oil in the Shale System in Houhe Area of Ludong Sag of Kailu Basin
According to the analysis and testing data of shale oil in the Ⅱ-Ⅲ oil reservoir groups in the upper mem-ber of Jiufotang formation of the Early Cretaceous in Houhe area of Ludong sag of Kailu basin, the low mature shale oil is comprehensively evaluated by analyzing the physical properties, group composition, saturated hydrocarbon chromatography and mass spectrometry of the crude oil.The research results show that the shale oil of the Ⅱ-Ⅲ oil reservoir groups are the medium ordinary heavy oil.The crude oil is distributed in a single peak to a rear peak type. The main peak carbon is mainly nC23.The biomarkers of crude oil are characterized by high pentacyclic ter-pane content and high tricyclic terpane content. The hydrocarbon generating parent material of crude oil was formed in the sedimentary environment with strong reduction-reduction brackish water-semi brackish-water lake and the crude oil has low maturity characteristics.Further, the differences of biomarker parameters among different oil groups in the upper member of Jiufotang formation and the migration distance of the reservoir formed in the shale is limited. They indicate that each shale reservoir is an independent hydrocarbon generation and accumulation system which has the characteristics of self-generation and self-storage and endogenous accumulation.
