威荣深层页岩气井排水采气管柱优化研究

面对威荣气田深层页岩气田产液量大、高产液时间长等特点,以及生产当中套管携液能力逐渐下降的现状,展开生产管柱优化研究.为明确威荣气田管柱优化参数,建立了携液临界气量图版,以分析不同气井的生产特征.结合携液临界气量计算方法和节点系统分析方法优选生产管柱,运用全井筒最小压差法优选油管下入位置.研究表明,面对该气田深层页岩气井套管携液困难的实际情况,可下入Φ73.0 mm油管,以达到稳产的目的.对于上翘型气井,推荐油管下入位置为A靶点;对于下倾型气井,推荐油管下入位置为B靶点垂深20 m以内的区域.该推荐方案在20 口井的现场应用效果良好,气井稳产自喷期超3 个月.
Research on Gas Production String Optimization in Weirong Deep Shale Gas Field
In the face of the characteristics of high liquid production and long production time in the deep shale gas field of Weirong Gas Field,as well as the gradual decline in casing carrying capacity during production,research on production string optimization is being carried out.To clarify the optimization parameters of the Weirong gas field string,a critical gas flow chart for liquid carrying was established to analyze the production characteristics of differ-ent gas wells.By combining the critical gas carrying capacity calculation method and node system analysis method,the production string is optimized,and the minimum pressure difference method throughout the wellbore is used to optimize the position of oil pipe insertion.Research has shown that in the actual situation of difficulty in carrying liquid in the casing of deep shale gas wells in the gas field,it is possible to insert Φ 73.0 mm oil pipe to achieve stable production.For upturned gas wells,it is recommended to run the tubing at target A;For downward inclined gas wells,it is recommended to run the tubing in an area within 20 meters of the vertical depth from target B.This recommended solution has achieved good on-site application results in 20 wells,improving the stable production and self spraying period of gas wells by more than 3 months.
