运输轨道结冰数值三维图像模拟研究与仿真

运输轨道结冰会影响列车的行驶速度和稳定性,增加列车行驶的安全风险,为此,开展了运输轨道结冰数值三维图像模拟与仿真研究.首先,将轨道面分成多个控制体,根据各控制体的水体连续相和当前方位的气流场,获取水体的下落轨迹与落地位置;然后,依据水体质量守恒和能量守恒情况,计算轨道结冰厚度;最后,利用罗德里格矩阵变换策略与齐次坐标变换策略,统一数据点维度,并采用图形处理器按照文件转换格式,将数据点转换为图像元素点,从而构建结冰数值模拟的三维图像.仿真结果表明,该方法可有效模拟结冰数值三维图像,对于常见气象条件具有良好的免疫性,环境抑制能力较强.
Research and Simulation on Numerical 3D Image Simulation of Transportation Track Ice Formation
The ice on the transportion track will affect the speed and stability of the train and increase the safety risk of the train.Therefore,the numerical three-dimensional image simulation of the ice on the transport track are car-ried out.Firstly,the orbital plane is divided into several control bodies,and the falling track and landing position of the water body are obtained according to the continuous phase of the water body and the airflow field in the cur-rent direction.Then,the ice thickness of the track is calculated according to the conservation of water mass and en-ergy.Finally,using Rodrigue matrix transformation strategy and homogeneous coordinate transformation strategy,the dimensionality of data points is unified,and the data points are converted into image element points according to the file conversion format by graphics processor,and the three-dimensional image of ice numerical simulation is constructed.The simulation results show that the method can effectively simulate the three-dimensional numerical image of ice,be immune to common meteorological conditions,and has strong environmental inhibition ability.
