Corrosion Resistance of ECC Under Full Immersion of Chloride Salts
In order to study the chloride ion corrosion resistance of engineering cement-based composite(ECC),a chlorine immersion corrosion test was designed for ECC and Marine concrete(MC).The effects of corrosion age on the chloride ion diffusion depth,concentration and diffusion coefficient of ECC were analyzed.It is found that the chloride corrosion of ECC mainly occurs in the early stage.After 20 d of corrosion,the chloride ion erosion depth of ECC tends to be stable,and the chloride ion erosion depth of MC continues to increase with the increase of corro-sion age.Matlab and Origin software were used to fit the test results,and the boundary conditions of ECC surface chloride ion concentration and equivalent apparent chloride ion diffusion coefficient calculation model were ob-tained,which provided a theoretical basis for predicting the ECC life under chloride ion corrosion.
