Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Distribution Characteristics of Planktonic Bacteria in Toll Booths on Highways
The environment of highway toll booth has significant influence on the occupational health of the workers.Through continuous tracking sampling and environmental monitoring, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of indoor and outdoor plankton colonies at the outside, and middle exit as well as outside entrance booths of a highway toll station in Zhejiang Province. Results show that the total concentration of plankton colonies in indoor booths is significantly lower than that in outdoor booths. There are significant differences in the concentration of floating colonies in different seasons, and the concentration is higher in autumn than that in other seasons. There were significant differences in the concentration of plankton colonies in spring and summer, and it is higher in afternoon than in other time periods. There are significant differences in the total concentration of plankton colonies in the outside exit booth, the middle exit booth and the outside entrance booth, and the total concentration of plankton colonies in the outside entrance booth is the highest. Therefore, the microbial pollution control of high-way toll booths in autumn should be strengthened, especially in those booths with large traffic flow.
