综述了CsPbX3 钙钛矿纳米晶体尺寸、结构形貌及介孔包覆、玻璃包覆等因素对获取高质量激光输出、自发辐射、随机激光影响的研究现状.采用熔融技术与结晶法制备了CsPbX3 钙钛矿量子点玻璃,在420~714 nm全光谱范围内实现了可调谐的上转换发光.研究结果显示,具有高激子结合能的蓝光CsPbCl1.5 Br1.5 量子点玻璃更容易实现放大自发辐射.经440、470℃热处理后,绿光CsPbBr3量子点玻璃在800 nm飞秒激光的激发下可实现全光谱可调谐放大自发辐射;经 500、530℃热处理后,CsPbBr3 可实现随机激光.红光CsPb(BrI)3 量子点玻璃在590 nm处可实现随机激光.
Amplified Spontaneous Emission and Micro-Laser of CsPbX3 Perovskite Quantum Dot Glass
The research status of the influence of the size,structure and morphology as well as mesoporous coating and glass coating of CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals on obtaining high-quality laser output,spontaneous emission and random laser.CsPbX3 perovskite quantum dot glass prepared by melting technology and crystallization method achieves tunable up-conversion luminescence in the full spectral range of 420-714 nm.The blue CsPbCl1.5 Br1.5 quantum dot glass with high exciton binding energy is easier to achieve amplified spontaneous emission.After heat treatment at 440℃ and 470℃,the green CsPbBr3 quantum dot glass achieves ASE under the excitation of 800 nm femtosecond laser.After heat treatment at 500℃ and 530℃,it can achieve random laser.The red CsPb(BrI)3 quantum dot glass can achieve random laser at 590 nm.
