The Sweep Coefficient of Early Polymer Injection Reservoirs
In response to the difficulty of quantitatively characterizing the sweep coefficient dynamic changes during the early development of polymer injection reservoirs and predicting the future sweep coefficient,a method for cal-culating and predicting the sweep coefficient of early polymer injection reservoirs is proposed based on the improved phase permeability curve, water drive curve and Welch equation. The research results indicate that in the early stage of polymer injection with low to medium water content, the growth ratio of volume sweep coefficient gradually increases with the increase of water content. After entering the stage of high water content,long-term erosion forms inefficient displacement, and the growth ratio of the volume sweep coefficient gradually slows down with the increase of water content. After entering the subsequent water flooding stage, the oil-water mobility ratio increases and the volume sweep efficiency decreases. After implementing measures to stabilize oil and control water, the volume sweep coefficient slowly increased again.Based on the dynamic data of Bohai L oilfield, the sweep coefficient and oil washing degree of single well area are quantitatively characterized, and the chart is formed.
