频率偏移对超声换能器性能的影响规律

针对超声换能器谐振频率偏移所造成的不确定性影响展开仿真实验研究.首先,建立换能器等效电路模型及其状态方程,针对单一谐振频率换能器进行仿真实验,明确频率偏移与换能器振幅的定量关系;然后,针对多谐振频率换能器进行仿真实验和数据分析,明确频率偏移、谐振频率和换能器性能三者之间的定量关系.结果表明,相同的频率偏移量对于高谐振频率换能器的工作性能影响更大.
The Influence of Frequency Deviation on the Performance of Ultrasonic Transducer
A simulation experiment is carried out to study the influence of uncertainty caused by resonant frequency deviation of ultrasonic transducer.Firstly,the equivalent circuit model of the transducer and its state equation are established,and the quantitative relationship between the frequency deviation and the amplitude of the transducer is determined by the simulation experiment of the single resonant frequency transducer.Then,simulation experiments and data analysis are carried out for the multi-resonant frequency transducer,and the quantitative relationship among frequency deviation,resonant frequency and the performance of the transducer is clarified.The results show that the same frequency deviation offset has greater influence on the performance of the high resonant frequency transducer.
