渤海油田全封闭零排放钻完井技术体系的研究及应用

渤海A油田距离生态红线区仅200 m,属于典型的"边、小、碎、深"油田,其钻完井开发全过程要求零排放.针对A油田的开发,通过优化钻井液顶替方式、升级固控设备、置换传输管线等手段,实现了钻完井废弃物高效密闭回收与传输、钻井液重复利用以及EPS回收减量处理等技术突破,形成了渤海油田全封闭零排放钻完井技术体系.该技术体系在"新优快"试点项目中成功应用于18 口井,总计钻井液重复利用量2 414 m3,处理钻屑7 040 t,实现了机械钻速全释放、钻井液零置换、钻屑废液零入海、恶劣天气零停工的良好成效.
Research and Application of Fully Enclosed Zero Emission Drilling and Completion Technology System in Bohai Oilfield
The"New,Excellent and Fast"pilot project of Bohai A Oilfield is only 200 m away from the ecological red zone.It is a typical"marginal,small,fragmented and deep"oilfield.The whole process of drilling,comple-tion and development requires"zero emission",and it is difficult for green economic development.This study achieves technical breakthroughs such as efficient closed recovery and transmission,reuse of water-based drilling fluid,and EPS recovery and reduction treatment by optimizing displacement methods,upgrading solid control equipment,and replacing transmission pipelines,forming a fully enclosed zero-emission drilling and completion technology system for Bohai Oilfield.This technology system is successfully applied to 18 wells in the"New,Ex-cellent and Fast"pilot project,reuses 2 414 m3 of drilling fluid,and processes 7 040 t of cuttings,achieving good results of full release of mechanical drilling rate,zero replacement of drilling mud,zero discharge of drilling cut-tings waste fluid into the sea,and zero shutdown in severe weather.
