Research and Application of Corrosion and Scale Inhibitors Under CO2/H2S Corrosion Conditions
CO2/H2S coexist in the Lower Cretaceous gas reservoir of Daniudi gas field, accompanied by high forma-tion temperatures, high formation water salinity, and high levels of scaling-prone ions such as calcium and magne-sium,resulting in a severe corrosion and scaling environment.Over time, varying degrees of corrosion and scaling have been observed in wellbores, significantly affecting gas well productivity. To address this,a single-agent opti-mization of corrosion and scale inhibitors is conducted based on laboratory experiments,a novel composite corrosion and scale inhibitor(HB-CH-01)is developed through blending, and experiments are performed to investigate its compatibility and optimal injection concentration. Results indicate that HB-CH-01 exhibited excellent compatibili-ty.Field tests show an average increase of 37.6%in scaling ion concentration per well and an average decrease of 71.9%in iron ion concentration per well, demonstrating a significant corrosion and scale inhibition effect.
