煤料输送过程中面临产生大量粉尘的环保安全问题,喷雾除尘是粉尘治理的首选方法之一.为此,设计了一种基于改进PSO算法的煤矿输送带喷雾除尘系统.变量喷雾除尘系统能够实时精准地控制喷雾流量,从而在满足环保要求和煤炭低含水率的基础上,有效地提高煤矿输送带转载点和运输过程中全尘和呼尘的去除效率.仿真实验结果表明,相较于经典PSO算法,改进PSO算法更高效、更稳定.
Research on Coal Mine Conveyor Belt Spray Dust Suppression System Based on Improved PSO Algorithm
The large amounts of dust generated during coal mining and transportation pose significant environmental and safety challenges.Spray dust suppression is one of the preferred methods for dust control.To address this,a dual droplet composite spray dust suppression system based on an improved PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization)al-gorithm has been designed.By constructing a variable spray dust suppression control model,the system can accu-rately control the spray volume in real time.This ensures compliance with environmental requirements while main-taining low moisture content in the coal,effectively improving the dust removal efficiency at transfer points on con-veyor belts and during transportation.Simulation results indicate that the improved PSO algorithm offers greater effi-ciency and stability compared to the classical PSO algorithm.
