摘要
随着人口老龄化加剧,患有由下肢骨折及骨关节炎或其他创伤引起的下肢移动障碍人群数量正逐年增加.传统康复治疗手段对患者和治疗师的要求很高.近年下肢康复机器人的研究和应用取得了重大突破.下肢康复机器人是一种自动化康复训练设备,主要基于运动再学习的原理,让患者进行重复、密集、精确任务导向的运动,以促进下肢功能康复.本文介绍了下肢康复机器人的发展历程,对下肢康复机器人进行了分类,并回顾了康复机器人在下肢3个部位(髋关节、膝关节、踝关节)的步态康复应用场景,在此基础上对未来下肢康复机器人在骨科应用的研究和发展趋势进行了讨论.
Abstract
With the exacerbation of population aging,the number of individuals suffering from lower limb mobility impairments caused by lower limb fractures,osteoarthritis,or other traumas is increasing annu-ally.Traditional rehabilitation methods impose high demands on both patients and therapists.Over the past few decades,significant breakthroughs have been made in the research and application of lower limb rehabilita-tion robots.Lower limb rehabilitation robots,as automated rehabilitation training devices,are primarily based on the principle of motor relearning,enabling patients to engage in repetitive,intensive,and precise task-ori-ented movements to promote lower limb functional recovery.This paper presented the development history of lower limb rehabilitation robots,categorizes them,and reviewed their gait rehabilitation applications in three lower limb segments(hip joint,knee joint,ankle joint).Based on this,the research and development trends of lower limb rehabilitation robots in orthopedics were discussed.
