三叉神经痛(TN)在面部疼痛中发病率高且疼痛程度剧烈。从病因学角度来看,原发性TN发病机制尚未明确,常常与血管神经压迫相关。继发性TN与多发性硬化或小脑-桥脑角肿瘤和带状疱疹感染相关。特发性TN原因不明确。药物治疗和手术干预是临床常用的治疗手段,但许多患者无法根治疼痛会反复发作。人工智能(AI)已广泛应用于不同医学领域,实现精准诊断、治疗方案优化及综合评估方面。该文旨在综述AI在TN诊断和治疗中的应用进展。
Application of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia
Trigeminal neuralgia(TN)has a high incidence rate and severe pain in facial pain.From the angle of etiology,primary TN pathogenesis is not yet clear,often associated with neurovascular compression.Secondary TN is associated with multiple sclerosis or cerebellopontine angle tumors and herpes zoster infec-tion.The cause of idiopathic TN is unclear.Drug therapy and surgical intervention are commonly used in clini-cal treatment,but many patients have no cure and the pain comes repeatedly.Artificial intelligence(AI)has been widely used in different medical fields to achieve the accurate diagnosis,treatment regimen optimization and comprehensive assessment.This article aims to review the application progress of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of TN.
