Reflections and Experiences on Compiling "Guyuan Poverty Alleviation Chronicle"
Guyuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is the birthplace of national planned,organized,and large-scale poverty alleviation,and also the practice of cooperation between Fujian and Ningxia,which is the epitome of the national poverty alleviation cause. General Secretary Xi Jinping has been to Guyuan three times to inspect and guide poverty alleviation work. Under the guidance of the Local Chronicles Office of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the compilation of Guyuan Poverty Alleviation Chronicle was completed through drafting as well as multiple revisions and reviews. This paper is an objective reflection on the compilation background,situation process,and experience,along with category setting and technical treatment,and the existing problems of Guyuan Poverty Alleviation Chronicle.
