The Writing Morphology,Constructive Factors, and Evaluation of Ancient Lingnan Women——A Case study of Guangdong Xinyu-Nuyu
Qu Dajun's Guangdong Xinyu-Nuyu is written in the form of local chronicles about ancient Lingnan women. In terms of writing morphology, women were distributed in different dynasties, geographically concentrated in Lingnan, and the thematic types are diverse. The factors that construct women include treating them as curiosity objects, extreme narrative protagonists, and models of male's attachment.Guangdong Xinyu-Nuyu evaluates relevant women through internal narrative, comments from others, and the author's poetry and prose, showcasing a feminist perspective.Dialectically examining the women in books,it is found that they have certain significance for the development of traditional society, but also highlight the tragedy of life due to certain ethical concepts.
